About Us

Whilst we’ve been established for some time, currently we’re focused on delivering Self Directed Support (SDS) which we offer to a range of community care groups and individuals facing challenges, due to a diagnosed and undiagnosed additional need or condition.

Our goal is to improve people’s quality of life so that they have equal flexibility and choices at home, work and in the wider community.
• People get the help they want, when and where they want it.
• People receive assistance at the appropriate time, before a crisis or emergency occurs.
• People are free to select the care that best meets their requirements.

Support

We Help People

To have a say in, and about, the services they receive.

We are inclusive in our approach and support people from all backgrounds, or where an order has been applied for under the Mental Health Act 2003 for Care & Treatment in Scotland, Adults with Incapacity 2000 Scotland, or Adult Support and Protection Act 2007 Scotland.
In particular we have a key focus on supporting those with drink and drug related issues.
The support we give is aligned to every stage of the SDS process from providing information to social workers, preparing the person for assessment, assisting the person in constructing their support plans, providing information on pension schemes, supporting them to open bank accounts, dealing with complaints, helping them to make informed choices, encouraging participation in peer groups and much, much more.
